The 3D Commune webring has been growing rapidly over the past years.

We have new submissions to the ring each day, so in order to keep it running properly, we need to follow some basic rules:

1. Please go here, 3D Commune WebRing and click Join This Ring to get a unique WebRing id.

Webmasters must place their Navigation Code on their web site within 14 days.
If the Navigation Code (either SSNB or Table) is not there your site will be denied.

2. The Navigation Code must appear on the page that you sign up with.
If it is on your "/rings.htm" page, and you sign up with "/index.htm" the ring management system will not find your id number, and the automated system will see you as having a failed link.
For maximum traffic exchange it is suggested you do not bury the code on a page deep in your site.
WebRings work best when readily visible and can improve visits to your site dramatically.
At the very least make sure you have a link to your home\index on the page which you show the WebRing.

3. Any site that is down, or "GONE" for more than 14 days, will be deleted from the ring.
Sites deleted from the ring will be sent an email explaining the deletion.

4. Any site that has a failed link, will be sent an e-mail explaining that they have a failed link.
If the link is not repaired within 14 days, the Site will be suspended.
Any site with a failed link for over 14days will be considered "DOWN" and will be deleted from the ring.

5. Does your site have offensive content? Pornography, messages of hate or bias, satanism, warez, etc.?
Then please DO NOT BOTHER TO SUBMIT IT!

6. Only sites containing material related to ......"ART"......will be accepted.

7. Note: Sites that exist solely to advertise products for sale will be charged an admission fee and monthly maintenance costs.
