December Bryce Challenge -
The December Bryce Challenge is working with shadows. You can do any type of
image, but make the shadows the main feature. Compose an image and watch where
the shadows go and what they do. this challenge will go until January 7, 2007,
thus avoiding the holiday madness. Two entries per member allowed. Read More.
December Poser Challenge -
It will be a take on "I start a story and you add to it" and we will see where
it goes from there. No files will be passed on, everyone will use there your
own resources. Lets all see if we can make an interesting story!

Co-creator of "Tom & Jerry" and "The Flintstones" Passes Away
Joseph Barbera, of Hanna-Barbera, passed away Monday, December 18. He died of
natural causes at his home with his wife at his side according to a Warner
Brothers spokesman. He and his partner Bill Hanna, who passed away in 2001,
created many of the classic cartoons enjoyed by children and adults alike,
including Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, Yogi Bear,
and Huckleberry Hound and Friends. Over the years, they won seven academy awards
for episodes of Tom and Jerry.
